This quiet, cozy and private one bedroom apartment is part of a detached villa which includes a cozy patio/garden exclusive for guests.
The queen bed is placed on a mezzanine overlooking a wide living room, next to a recently renewed kitchen.
Private swimming pool with attached garden area can be available to guest but need to be requested in advance and the permission to use it it is only at property owner discretion.
Includes free parking just outside the residence.
Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
