We enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis. The property area is very clam. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly. Overall it’s a nice experience .

very reasonable in this area, covers most of the required environment for me including a restaurant, and fitness center. The restaurants are renovated and have more seats than previous. Good taste and price, friendly for the inbound guests.

The only thing that they could improve on is having more parking spaces. Other than that, its excellent. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Family oriented. Definitely recommended- 10/10

Overall experience was good. Hotel was clean breakfast was good too. The staff needs to be more courteous & willing to offer help which was not seen. Although the occupancy of the hotel seemed quite full but in comparison they did not have airport transportation & even a bell boy to help out guests. The restaurant that had the breakfast arrangement was not big enough to accommodate the guests plus most of the seats were high bar chairs & that’s difficult for elderly guests or some with certain disabilities.

Always a pleasant stay at Premier Inn silicon Oasis. Friendly customer service, clean and quiet rooms. Good location for my needs. Also handy for shuttle bus to Centrepoint station (though drop off point was not convenient/ directions to metro station from drop off point was not provided by the driver despite asking dor help). Would be more appreciated if service was better, for example lone traveller arriving with 3 heavy bags- could have been helpful in assisting with lugagges.

The day before check in I received an email offering early arrival. I responded that I would have liked to swing by the get the key/check in but I wouldn't need the room until some time in the evening, so if the room wasn't ready that was fine. The response I got was if I wanted to check in before 2 pm I would need to pay for the previous night or a day rate. Come in! You offered early check in to me; I didn't ask for it. That put a bit of a sour taste in my mouth prior to walking in the door. But I was meet warmly, and we had a good meal in the hotel pub (where I was very pleased it was completely non-smoking; a rarity in this country). Our room was clean and quiet and the best was comfy. It was a shock, therefore when I went to have a shower and only then noticed there was only one towel in the room. By this time we were heading out and couldn't wait for one to be delivered. Overall a nice place. A bit overpriced but that's because COP28 and Rugby 7s were in the neighbourhood...
