I rarely leave reviews, but this was worth warning others. The location is decent but not amazing, but that’s where the positives end. The hotel is dated, poorly maintained, and extremely noisy. Room was unclean, smelled off, and clearly not refreshed properly before our arrival. Towels were worn thin, and the bathroom was far from what you’d expect in a hotel at this price. MOLD and MILDEW everywhere. Absolutely disgusting and I got sick off it. The staff was unhelpful and disengaged, and even basic requests were met with shrugs. We had issues with AC, and nothing was done to address it despite multiple complaints. Yahya the duty manager specifically was the worst service I’ve seen at a hotel. The hotel may look fine in pictures, but reality doesn’t match. Avoid if you want a relaxing or even passable stay. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great Location.

Location is great which is at downtown and just 20m. from metro 400 m. from museum of future. Service could be improved. Team is doing their best, they may organization troubles.

This is a perfect hotel if you like to explore all of Dubai. Location is great next to the metro, Hotel has a great breakfast and the pool is very pleasant. Sometimes the elevator is busy and some of the finishes in the hotel were not properly maintained (some things were damaged in the room). But... all the important things worked perfectly. Very comfortable beds, very big rain shower and spacious rooms. Price/ quality is excellent.

Not a 5 star hotel. Very dated rooms, poor check in experience. Breakfast is chaos, one coffee machine for hundreds of guests. Lifts could take 15 minutes to traverse. My room had two different sized beds pushed awkwardly together. The toilet area smelled bed. Mosquitos in the room, on the 55th floor!

From the time I checked in the Hotel to my check out, I had a terrible experience. The staff member who checked me in was impolite, the room that was assigned was unclean, rusty and almost everything from the door handle, electrical connections to bathroom fixtures were broken. The breakfast setup was below average and the size of the restaurant was inadequate compared to the number of people walking in. None of the staff serving during breakfast cared to even ask for a cup of coffee - complete self-service. Out of the 5 days I stayed, I only attended breakfast the first day and that was it for me. Average wait time for elevators going up and down was around 10 minutes. Never staying here again.

令人失望的一家酒店，去了杜拜很多次，這一家所謂5星酒店，極度令人失望，房間殘舊，電話對方聽不到，門鎖把手是爛的，床頭電制是鬆的，浴室花洒制是鬆的，花洒用吾到，但漏水，之後還噴水，洗手間有異味，間隔太薄了，隔音不好，電梯沒分層，早上乘電梯，樓層低的很難進入 總之是一家超失望的所謂5星酒店，最多是3星的裝修和設備。（只有早餐還可以，）

Ödenilen parayı hak etmeyen bir hotel.Oda içi mobilyalar eski, asansörlerde bekleme süresi çok uzun.Vasat bir kahvaltı ve kahvaltı salonu otelin büyüklüğü ve yoğunluğu düşünüldüğünde yetersiz büyüklükte.Saçma sapan bir yönetim anlayışı istediğiniz oda içi üniversal priz aparatı için bile ekstra para isteniyor. Yani bu paraya dubaide çok daha güzel otellerde kalabilirsiniz.
