Every room is generously spaced. Natural light filters in through floor-to-ceiling windows, highlighting the beautiful modern decor and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The master suite is a haven of relaxation, complete with an en-suite bathroom. The additional two bedrooms are designed with the same attention to detail and comfort.

One of the key features of this apartment is its proximity to the Dubai Mall. A world of retail, dining, and entertainment is at your doorstep. Furthermore, Downtown Views is renowned for its world-class amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, an allocated parking space, and a dedicated concierge service.

- Standard Check-In time is 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM and Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and additional cost.

- Primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pay a refundable deposit after booking (Before check-in). The deposit amount will vary based on the length and cost of the stay. Deposit refunds will be issued within 7 business days of check-out, following a thorough inspection of the unit.

- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.

- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.

- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.

- If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of 2000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.

- A replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for the loss of an access or parking card.

- As per the regulations set by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests are required to pay a Tourism Dirham fee of 10 AED per night per bedroom which is not included in the total price of your booking and can be paid separately in advance or upon arrival.

- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows:

2- 7 nights - 1500 AED
7 - 28 - 2000 AED
Over 28 nights - 2500 AED

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference.
