fabulous location whilst in Dubai

I've stayed at the Landmark Hotel on a previous visit & hence opted to stay at the same property due to it's proximity to the metro & ease of access. It's also in an area which has a number of shops around, so you don't really have to travel in case you need something. The hospitable staff & the affordable price points are a welcome add

"🚨 Avoid Hotel Landmark Baniyas, Dubai 🚨 Horrible experience from the start. Rooms reek of cigarette smoke, phone doesn't work, and WiFi's a joke. Asked for toilet roll? Good luck. Leaky toilet , broken promises, and ZERO response to complaints. We've traveled for 15 years and NEVER had an experience like this. Not worth the money. 1/10 wouldn't recommend. 😤 Claimed to be a 3-star hotel but facilities aren't even up to 1-star standards. Misleading rating. 🚫 lists this as a 3-star hotel with false info

The hotel management 👎

I couldn't go and the hotel management wasn't flexible to change the date for me or make a refund. Even though other hotel’s reservation is non refundable but they are flexible with customers.
