Staff was pleasant, location is good, room amenities can be improved. Room did not have any mirror, only in the bathroom. Room did not have a window, which kept the room kind of humid. Toiletries needs to be upgraded, and face towels were missing

Courteous Staff, Prime location, you get all the amenities for short/long stays. Walkable distance to the beach! Keshar, Gopi and Migaro (lifeguard and assistant for Gym and Pool)were very helpful and interactive from the Housekeeping and support team. They know languages and know the surroundings.

Photos posted of the room are not quite close to the reality. The photos shows vivid room colors and colorful curtains where what i received was a very dull color room that kept me depressed and made me spend most of my time out of the hotel. Reception is to small in reality, it felt bigger in the photos. I would say staff where very good to deal with, its just the hotel did not match what i saw while browsing the hotel photos. The bed was not that comfort and the shower was broken/loose Toilet room is to tiny, if you are overweight you will struggle to move around

Modest but appealing

Jannah offers clean, tidy, practical accommodation for the seasoned traveller or for a Dubai newbie. Having not visited the city before we selected based on location and really felt we’d come up trumps. Not only is the complex nestled a stone’s throw from the ‘quieter’ end of the marina, it is easily walkable to local tram and metro (10mins) and the nearby Mall (20mins) Facilities in the marina are immense; bars, restaurants and a modest Mall nearby. Our apartment sat within the modest complex with views down towards the neck of the marina, a spectacle during the day, quite breathtaking at night. The top floor has a gym, sauna, steam room, spa pool and rooftop pool 1.5m deep) For a short (10day) break, we had all we needed; bathroom, shower, super king size double, tv, breakfast bar, storage, a safe, equipped kitchen with job, microwave and washing machine. All staff were exceptional, particularly the pool life guards and cleaning staff who worked tirelessly to ensure we had the best stay. There was some ongoing development in the area (as with all of Dubai!) but minimal noise and no inconvenience whilst we were there.
