Our family stayed in a hotel for 6 days. I had a medical problem that needed medical assistance. The stuff was very helpfull, called a doctor and stayed by the door in case we need anything. We had to go to a hospital. Kids stayed in the hotel room. The stuff checked on the kids and us few times in case we needed something. Besides that our stay was very nice, we enjoyed empty swimming pool. Metro is few minutes from the hotel, so as kids playground and gold souk. Taxi from the hotel to the airport around 30 min in the rush hours.

This area is best for purchasing Gold.There is nothing to really see but the boats on the bay.Little restaurant choices. Underdeveloped area and surrounding.Limited public transport however the train was about two blocks away.Not an eventful place if you go to Dubai.Great if you just want to relax indoors as the pool was not bad.

I really enjoyed the whole stay. I usually stay at wyndham everytime I visit Dubai, this time I wanted to try something new. I don’t regret it at all. Will stay at Ibis Style the next visit also. I want to give an extra feedback to baseem and sita at the frontdesk. And Jawgadu and Kennedy who always greeted me with their big smile. Thank you all for having me, hope to see you all soon again! The hotel was nice, very well located, the room is big enough. However Staff made my experience bad. They are from many different countries and their english is really bad. Fron reception until the Waitress its not possible to communicate. I speak many languages but they speak philipino, Hindi, so it was bad. They need to train their staff urgently. The housekeeper was awful, the shower never got cleaned, they did not make the bed... no interest in cleaning at all. Unfortunate because the hotel ia pretty the area is nice but things need trained people to work well.

It was amazing, the size of the room was enough for two, it was clean and well mantained. The service we got was amazing but what I loved the most was the connectivity to the metro station and to the gold souq. Just 500mtres away, it was perfectly in the middle. At night the nearby area turned lively and with lots of restaurant options.
