More like a noisy 2 star motel
Not as an average Hilton. Very small, dirty, not comfy, very noisy inside and out (Mosque across the road so prepare to wake up very early). The service is the worse part. Do not recommend at all. More like a 2 star motel.

Pleasant stay in excellent Hotel
Our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed everyday with good breakfast. Room was with scenic view giving live movements of boats in creek and live traffic on Banyas Street. Location of the Hotel is very close to Union station and Metro Bus Station from where one can go anywhere in Dubai and Dubai Taxi at the Door round the Clock. Hotel staffs were very well mannered, caring and very much helpful. All services were beyond at par. Room housekeeping was on call basis whenever we wanted. No disturbance at all. Overall stay was memorable and highly recommended for next stay.

Simple and very effective.
The BA flight arrives Dubai very early, so we asked in advance for a 10am check-in, and we waited just an hour in the Executive Lounge until a room was ready. The only problem was that the TV did not work, and even next day the hotel staff could not fix it. So on day 3 we were upgraded to a creek view room. Two nights without TV were certainly worth the remaining 7 with a superb panorama. The hotel is ideally located a short work from Union metro station and abra (small boat) stops across the Creek. Three times we used the free shuttle to JBR, walked around the beach and marina area, and made our own way back using metro or the Big Bus. All the staff were courteous and helpful, especially those who sorted our room problem out, and those in the Executive Lounge. The evening buffet was as good as a restaurant so that, as is usually the case with Hilton, booking an executive room is effectively getting half-board, with beer or wine at dinner included. There is a small heated pool on a roof terrace, and although a few people were lounging in the sun, we had the water to ourselves for a good long swim morning every late afternoon when we returned to the hotel. All in all, a most enjoyable stay, and quite different from what we saw at the large tourist resorts at Jumeirah.

Very enjoyable stay
The staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Having access to the Club lounge was a real bonus with free food and drinks in the evening. The swimming pool was welcome on a hot day. The only down side was the traffic noise and the air pollution which was unpleasant at times.

Nothing was unique about this property. What I dislike was the comforter smelled moldy, the bathroom toilet seat was not clean on arrival, thermostat was not adjustable therefore the room was always cold and the balcony windows had bird poop all over it. Note: the comforter was changed once I notified them, windows was clean on my last day

Ok hotel
Local area is for business travellers, closest place for family activities is a 20min cab drive cost bout $25.00. Revamp restaurant in the lobby (O'LEARY'S) has nice food, if you willing to wait 30min.

Peaceful rooms
So very pleased to have tried the Hilton Dubai Creek, A’s normally stay across the road in another well know hotel. All to often when staying away in the Middle East in general, the AC is too noisy for me at night. Even in more expensive hotels. However the AC here was not disruptive. Also the room itself was well sound proofed from the traffic. Only 2 lifts can be a little frustrating when in a hurry. Cannot comment on table 9 restaurant as it was closed during my stay. However the sports bar food was on the whole was fantastic. Particularly the tiger prawns and also the ribeye steak. Will definitely stay there again as opposed

Roof top pool was fabulous as great views, would imagine a bit small to serve the hotel if very busy. Rooms are incredibly spacious and bathrooms excellent with both bath and separate shower. What makes the hotel is the staff - friendly, efficient, always a warm smile.
