バスタブと洗面所の水が流れず、そのため下水の匂いが酷かった。冷蔵庫が水漏れして、毎朝キッチンの床がびしょびしょ。電気コンロ３つ口のうち１番大きなコンロの電源が入らなかった。カーテンがきちんと閉まらない。 ロケーションはとてもいいので、周辺の同レベルの所をお勧めします。

Frustrating and upsetting.

In the experience I had with this company I felt that they did not act reasonably and moderately. Even Hotels.com said in an email to me: "We have exhausted all efforts for them to reconsider yet they are strictly imposing their mandated policy regardless of any reasons or circumstances." On the bases of what I felt was the right way for them to act in my situation, it was a very disappointing outcome.

we order a room for 3 persons, but the third bed (couch) wasn't set up or clean. Vi didn't have any bedding for the couch either. They came with the bedding the next day. The bathroom wasn't clean, there was hair on the floor, the shower didn't have any pressure and the carbin in the bathrrom was broken. The only communication was through WhatsApp and it could take times to get answer. The location was good, near the Marina beach.

Só vale pela localização tudo o resto é Mau. Os quartos não têm nada a ver com as fotografias. Estavam todos danificados e sujos quando chegamos. Chamaram a empregada para limpar e mesmo assim não ficou bem. Atenção que a empregada é paga à parte. Durante a estadia houve um incêndio, tivemos que sair todos a correr sem qualquer indicação por parte da Higuest (que nem se deu ao trabalho de perguntar se estávamos bem). Se quisermos fazer uma reclamação, a Higuest não responde. Isto porque o pessoal da recepção nada tem a ver com esta empresa, e estes não estão presentes fisicamente para nos ajudar. Fujam deste apartamento e evitem reservar com a Higuest.

Marina Stay

One of the best locations in Dubai. Great view of the Marina from the balcony and a short walk to the JBR Beach and Metro. Very flexible with check in which was much appreciated. The self catering option of the kitchen and the extra space gives it the edge over a regular hotel room at similar prices. Happy to recommend

Très déçu malgré la localisation exceptionnelle

Points positifs : localisation de bay central dans la marina avec accès au tram et métro au pied de la tour, piscine, personnel de la sécurité très sympa et aidant Points négatifs : appartement 201 très bruyant la nuit car au deuxieme étage au dessus d'une zone technique (réveillé plusieurs fois à 2 h du matin par des camions), nombreuses défaillances techniques dans l'appartement à mon arrivée (internet, tv et machine à laver : le prestataire est intervenu pour net et tv mais n'a rien fait pour la machine à laver ne répondant plus à mes dernières demandes d'informations..) Il est à noter dès odeurs désagréables parfois dans la salle de bain type remontées d'égouts... Donc déception à mon niveau

The only communication with the owners or in matter of managing crew is WhatsApp. I asked day one for bed rooms tissues, mosquito spran and to replace the pillows due to worn out, there answer is we do not provide!!. I f they can not provide service like this what is expected?
