Clean spacious rooms. Room service was fast. The location is quite nice and nearby to all popular places. Augustine, Rushmika, Helen, Goazaga were helpful among the reception staff and Kishan went above and beyond with room cleaning. The only thing they could have improved is to provide more complimentary water. Loved my stay here.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, it is a decent hotel in a decent area and good value for money. I also like the fact it has a washing machine which is a huge benefit in longer stays The staff are very friendly and helpful

Good service and location

I have been here for about a week now and I’m loving everything the hotel has to offer. From the front desk people, to house keep. Very responsive and always ready to help you at all times. I especially want to give extra appreciation to Gonzaga, George, and Rushumika. They have been exceptional through out my stay so far. I can’t thank them enough for their service.

Good location and staff

Convenient quiet location 10 minutes walk from Dubai Internet City metro station. Attentive and helpful staff. Clean well kept comfortable rooms. “Risen” cafe on ground floor serves exceptional coffee, cakes, and other food. Area immediately outside building is clean, but lots of litter elsewhere ( nothing to do with the hotel, just my observation).

Friendly and accommodating staff. I booked this hotel as a last-minute booking due to reservation not working out elsewhere. It was definitely a good choice! I would recommend doing their private beach visits for which they have a shuttle. I did SOLUNA beach on palm Jamaica. Very easy booking it and getting on the shuttle there and back. The only con with this apartment hotel, hence the four stars instead of five, is their cafe Risen in the lobby. I’m not sure if it’s just poor management or not well trained staff, but it’s very unorganized. The first morning I ordered room service. I only ordered a latte with yogurt parfait, and 30 minutes later, I still didn’t have it. They said it was due to multiple other orders. And this was a late order, at 10:30 AM. So I canceled the order. And the morning after I decided to go down to the café physically instead. This was around the same time between 1030 and 11 AM and the cafeteria was more or less empty, but they were struggling to get the orders out in a timely manner. Even here I only ordered the yogurt parfait thinking it should be a quick order. I would recommend the hotel really get this part organized and streamlined. Everything else was absolutely excellent.

The 1st thing I found was a roach in the frig....which means that things don't get thoroughly cleaned. Be prepared to bring your own blow dryer as theirs has no power--it literally would not even move a piece of paper. The "drying rack" is nothing more than a cable in the shower---don't expect items to get dry---they are hanging in the bathroom where people are taking showers---duh. Adaptor---be sure to get an electrical adaptor of your own---the list says one is included but it is not. You have to "rent" a garage entry fob---the problem is nobody can agree on how much it is...I was told it was 100 aed and my son was told it was 400 aed---and it has to be in cash---they will not use a credit card or even a debit card.
