The property is decently maintained. Big rooms . Quiet ambience.Slightly away from the heart of Al qusais . Break fast spread though not big is sufficient and tasty. Service levels are good. slightly difficult to get a taxi at our will and pleasure unlike other hotels on Damascus street as it is located near Lulu village. The hotel people will arrange taxis if needed. Veg & Non veg restaurents are available with in a 5 minutes walk. over all , a decent property at reasonable rates.

Very helpful Service and FO staff. All essential services including groceries, restaurant, snacks and barber are on the ground floor of the same building and many of them offer home delivery. Bus stop is in front of the hotel. Bus can take you to the metro station. Uber or Taxi can charge 15-25 Dirhams to the Metro station. Close to the Airport.

overall we think this is a good choice

Nice interior of our upgraded suite. Large size. Laundry washer is great for us. The washer does not automatically proceed to wrinkle dry the clothing. No instructions on how to make it proceed to the drying cycle. Had to call for help. Taxi trip from Burj Khalifa back to hotel after dinner on a weekday took 40% longer and 40% more expensive than on weekend. Overall a good choice as we cannot expect everything is perfect.

Hotel was a 30 min from city however the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Bed mattress was hard which is my only complaint. Staff brought a bed pad upon request which made it a little better. Very good experience. I would stay there again.

Better on the Inside

Dubai is a fancy destination. But this hotel is a quality hidden gem. I'm from Washington and travel through here regularly on a budget and appreciate good deals for overnight stays and sometimes two-night stays. Driving up to this hotel made me wonder if I had made a good choice. Elevators/lifts are like new, the room and bath is modern, the kitchenette is complete even with a washing machine. And a grocery store is in the same building, around the corner on the opposite facing street.

L'hotel e' decentrato ma vicino all'aereoporto.

L'hotel è un pò decentrato ma, con poca spesa, si può prendere un taxi e raggiungere la metro , grazie alla quale si può girare Dubai. La metropolitana è abbastanza sicura e comoda. Con sorpresa, ci è stato dato un appartamento di circa 100 mq completo di tutto i comfort, mentre avevamo prenotato e pagato solo un monolocale, inoltre, il personale è stato molto gentile, ci ha assegnato subito la stanza al nostro arrivo, avvenuto in prima mattinata. L'hotel è un pò datato, ma non manca nulla, dalla palestra alla piscina, gli ambienti dell'appartamento molto ampi, abbastanza pulito e tranquillo. Eravamo due coppie ed avevamo prenotato due monolocali, visto le dimensioni dell'appartamento , potevamo, tranquillamente, aver preso solo un appartamento con due camere e due bagni, rimaneva in comune la cucina e il soggiorno.

Big Apartments and Very Comfortable.

It's a modern building with big, comfortable apartments. WiFi was excellent and room service was cheap with good quality meals. The gym was of a very high quality. The hotel is situated in the north of Dubai so it's not too convenient for getting around and breakfast was average but overall it was great for the price paid. I will definitely stay again.

Tolles Apartment in der Nähe vom Flughafen

Trotzdem kein Fluglärm. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad und großzügiges Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Abspülen macht das Hauskeeping, so dass man keine Arbeit hat.

This is a DUBAI bargain

This is a bargain for DUBAI , it's not in an ideal location but the price, the nice staff and the rooms, I had a one bedroom apartment which is huge . For a quick stay at a great price . I would recommend this to all . Just take a taxi for the places to go

Descent place but bad location

Nice hotel apartments, very clean and staff very kind and helpfully. Location is not the best, there are Hypermarked and Mall in walking distance (10 min) but the whole area is not nice. But close to airport ! A good place to stay if needed be in this area (as I had to) but as tourists who want see Dubai it is not the best place, difficult find taxi. far away from metro and far away from downtown.

A quaint hotel

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is furnished decently, the rooms are nice, I liked particularly the kitchenette and the washer/dryer unit. It is located on the other side of Dubai, close to Sharjah and taxi rides can take a long time to get to the hubs of activities in Dubai. The only mall close by is the Madina Mall, a decent mall but does not compare to Mall of Dubai or the Emirates Mall. I would have also like to seen more outlets, as I travel with several cameras, and other electronics, but that's a minor complaint.
