I got to the hotel to check in, they did not have my Expedia number booking reference and they said they don't deal with Expedia. I talked to the manager and he said he would cancel my hotel if they eventually found my reference number. They did find my reference number and said they would cancel my hotel, I have not received a credit yet. I called Expedia and let them know the situation and they said they would follow up with the hotel let me know in seven days, it's been three weeks and I have heard nothing Could somebody please get back to me and confirm that I'm getting a refund for a hotel I didn't use because the hotel said they did not deal with Expedia and did not have a reference number that I gave them.

Was placed in a room near the restaurant, the noise kept me awake with what sounded like furniture moving. Then people talking early morning as well. Not happy with this stay.

This hotel is inside the airport terminal, and was SO convenient to stay at for my 15 hour layover. Someone from the hotel came to meet me at my gate and walked me over to the hotel. I had a wonderful night's sleep and enjoyed a delicious room service breakfast. In the morning I just had to walk downstairs and down the terminal to get to my gate. I didn't have to go through security again or anything. I will stay here every time I have an overnight layover in Dubai!

8hours in bed before flight.
It was an overnight stay before a very early flight the next morning. What we didn’t appreciate was that it was airside fortunately we were able to check our bags in the night before after we scrambled to get things we needed for the stay and next morning.

Loved that the staff met us outside of our gate!
A hotel staff member met us outside of our gate to guide us to the hotel which was invaluable! Don’t think we would have found the hotel without him. Great accommodations with blackout curtains so we could sleep during our long layover.

It's a great location. Central and easy to get around. However from terminal A there are not many signs for directions to the hotel. I had organized for your staff to meet me so it was great but if not I think one would find it a bit difficult to get there.

Such a great device to be met at the plane and taken to luggage transfer then to hotel check in. I would have been confused and not known where to go without that service. The room was excellent and the bed very comfortable.

SADLY NO ONE MET ME AT THE GATE SO I WALKED AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAD GONE TO THE WRONG SIDE (EMAIL FROM HOTLE NOT SO CLEAR). A HORRIBLE GREEN LIGHT (MASTER) ON SIDE OF BED KEPT ME AWAKE AND HAD TO USE TOWEL TO COVER EYES.

Great service being met at the gate on arrival. Checked into hotel within 15 mins. Upgrade to suite was nice. Had a good sleep in comfy bed. Good shower (better pressure and temp control than Emirates 1st class lounge!)

Great Transit Hotel
Great hotel for when you wanna get off one plane, sleep within 30 min of disembarking, wake up an hour or two before the next flight, and be refreshed on your next leg of the trip. Have a concierge meet you at your incoming flight for an even more efficient service. (Tip him/her AED10 to 20.)

There are three of these hotels in each concourse. We were put in the hotel in C, but our gate was in B: Much too far away.
