  • A bright one bedroom apartment in the heart of Dubai Marina.

    The apartment is on the podium level of DEC Towers, so there are no long lift waits, and you have your own balcony looking out towards the Address building in JBR. The fifth floor has a swimming pool, gym, tennis court, sauna and a kids' area, all included in your stay.

    Sleeps up to 4: a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning throughout and fast WiFi.

    Self check-in with a door code, so you can arrive any time after 4pm. A parking bay in the building is available on request at AED 12 per day.

    The Marina Walk, the tram, restaurants, supermarkets and a mosque are all a short walk away, and JBR beach is a short ride.

    This is a residential building, so please keep noise down between 10pm and 8am.
