Other Things to Note:
Upon booking, please note we are required to provide Dubai Tourism department with our guests' details. We are also required to inform the building's front desk of the details of our guests prior to your arrival.
We will ask you to send electronic copies of passports (or Emirates ID) for smooth processing prior to your arrival.
Upon checkout, we ask that you kindly return all room access cards. There are up to three cards we may provide to you:
1. One apartment access card needs to be returned: A replacement fee of AED 550 applies if you do not return the card to us, damage it, or lose it. This is because we are charged a replacement fee by the Residence.
2. Two Parking Garage cards (should you be renting a car and need the parking space) need to be returned:
- One card is for vehicle entrance to the underground parking.
- A second card is for entrance into the building from the underground.
A replacement fee of 1000 AED per card applies if you do not return it to us, damage it, or lose it. This is because we are charged replacement fees by the Residence.
