A damage deposit of 500aed is required and will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damage occurs.
Upon arrival, we will provide a checklist to remind you of the following: check-in and check-out times (as per our listing), maximum occupancy (as per our listing),
No smoking inside the apartment (permitted on the balcony if available), no illegal activities, respect for the property, and respect for the neighbors (no parties, no loud noise after 10 PM)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
