It took so long for them to process the check-in. There were molds in the cover page of the menu. There was no hairblower in our room as it was out of stock, as they say. And, we had 1 guest who visited, they kept calling us until we give here ID, eventhough we informed them already that we will pass by the reception on our way out, after we finish getting ready. In the morning they called us again to remind us about our check-out time.
