"I travelled with My Elderly Parent. Checking in was a breeze. At Check in I was offered to drive around and enter the side door where the lift was located to take My Parents up to our room, with ease. I had 3 cases and an over night bag and suits bag. I was told to just leave everything at reception. He (the gentleman who checked me in )would take care of them. I drove to the side door, got my parent to our room and all our cases were in our room.. I cannot tell you how ,unchecked that helped me. Friendly staff all round. We stayed for 2 nights. I would recommend Mucure Packenham to Everyone. "
