"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was our best lodging during our time in Albania. The host met us upon arrival and walked us through the place. It felt very homey. We liked that it was a bit out of the hubbub of Gjirokastër but close enough to be convenient. The washer was a huge plus and came in handy and we hung the clothes out to dry like the locals. The check-out process was simple. I definitely recommend this place for your visit to Gjirokastër."

"We found the property without any difficulties. Lenica greeted us at the gate when we pressed the buzzer and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. Throughout our stay she regularly checked in to see if everything was fine and gave recommendations on places to visit. "The apartment has a window overlooking the sea and very good air conditioning. It also has a large fridge, a small two-ring hob and a microwave. The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from the beach and about 5 minutes from a long promenade full of small shops and restaurants. It is also around a 20-minute walk from the port terminal, where the ferries from Corfu arrive. The owner, Majki, was very helpful and available throughout our stay whenever we needed anything. Memaj Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely amazing hotel Loved staying there. Lovely people; one of the best experiences I've ever had. And a beautiful place to visit I would recommend it. But make sure you do not go there in October; it's very quiet I would love to have a better experience in the summer"

San Angelo Luxury Resort & Spa - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"lovely hotel and room. Great glass balconies with sunsets to die for. It was a shame that the hotel was shutting down as it was at the end of the season so the restaurant was shut in the evening. NOt sure I would want a room looking over the town though"

Hotel Apollon Saranda

10/10 Excellent

"To be honest I liked staying at this property staff were so good and polite they were superb in service specially my wife was vegetarian and chef made her visit perfectly good chef was so cooperative and polite he made everything we asked for in veggie and thanks will surely recommend this place to my friends and family🙏"

Hotel Vale

10/10 Excellent

"One of the best hotels in Sarande, and that I have been to in Albania. The location is on the beach, and easy to walk everywhere. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful - really ensures your stay is enjoyable. It was very clean, amenities were luxury and the breakfast was very nice considering it is a buffet. Worth the money and would recommend!"

Apart-Hotel Lili2

10/10 Excellent

"A lovely modern Apartment, very nice room with a fantastic balcony. A small Cafe owned by Hotel did a nice basic breakfast £5/ea, parking by hotel, although the access road is a little step. Located up the hill a little and 20mins out from the Prominade, but there's loads of Bars & Restaurants everywhere. Only thing missing from apartment is a Toaster, it did have a Sandwich maker, but not the same."

Litan Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great time at Litan hotel. Booked a room with balcony and sea view, had a fantastic sea views especially during sunset hours. Very clean rooms and pretty new built. Staffs were amazing and friendly. I wanted to tell people to try lunch and dinner menus as well. However, breakfast could feel like a routine but that’s how it would be in all the hotels if you’re staying for 4-5 days."
