"Here’s a polished version for a hotel review: I had to wait a long time outside the hotel following a delayed train journey, despite repeatedly ringing the bell and knocking to be let in. Once inside, I was directed to a set of lifts that did not provide access to the floor where my room was located. There was also no clear information about the available breakfast options or serving times. On the positive side, the hotel was well located, and the room was clean and tidy."

"Absolutely fab hotel as you would expect as it’s only been open 2 years! My only criticism would be there were no teaspoons in the room just wooden sticks which ripped the teabags trying to get them out of the cup! It is such a small thing but next time I stay I will bring my own. But a very impressive hotel and perfect location for where we visit!"

"Great hotel, bar area was nice and spacious with comfortable seating. Was able to work from there for a couple of hours without being disturbed. Gym had all the kit you need to do some exercises, including weights, rower, runner, bike machine. Room was a great size and so was the bed, lovely shower. Parking was a bit steep, think I paid £16 for 24 hours."

"The welcome at reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was a decent size and dog friendly. Hotel is like a rabbit warren but well sign posted. Comfortable bed and efficient shower, decor was a bit tired and the lift was an old style metal gate which relied on other customers closing the gate after use so others could use it. Breakfast was served in a light and roomy restaurant, however as we had our dog with us we had to sit in the bar ( this was being repaired with scaffolding and noisy by us so disappointing experience)"
