"Comfy happy stay. Excellent location. X5 mins walk to range of bars /restaurants/ shops /beach. Private beach was nice with free sunbeds. Shingle not sandy. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Standard room was clean and comfy, but a bit small for our liking/price/5star rating . Quality toiletries. Comfy bed. Room cleaned quite late on some days for our liking eg 1pm. So if we returned to room at lunch time to relax it wasn’t ready. Lovely tasty breakfast buffet with huge wide range of food. Hot water machine for tea water often packed up. Prefer a teapot to table service. Didn’t try spa pool as all sunbeds taken. Went on an all day very early trip to Kotor so had a packed lunch breakfast. Disappointed sandwiches were dry and basic - cheese and ham version. Went in the local bus to town of Bar. Bus stops / Station nearby. Lovely church there worth a visit. Caught boat trip eur10 return to Budva. Bought ticket on seafront. Enjoyed old town. Go on the Nice coastal walk through pine forests and rock tunnels to an abandoned hotel."

"Zorica’s apartment was perfect. Communication before our stay was excellent and we had such a warm welcome from Zorica and her husband. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and the view from the very spacious top floor balcony is absolutely stunning. It’s about 10 minutes walk down to the sea and we also explored the beach at nearby Crvena Glavica. From Sveti Stevan, it is easy to explore other parts of Montenegro by bus or by car. Kotor is lovely, as is old Budva, Ulcinj and Stari Bar. A boat trip on Lake Skadar is great and a trip across on the ferry from Lepetani is worth doing to see the Roman mosaics in Risan. We had some lovely meals at restaurants in Sveti Stevan, old Budva, near Kamenari and in Kotor. Zorica, you are the best host…so warm and welcoming and always there if we had any questions. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday."

"Beautiful facility and great location with amazing views. Outstanding staff, professional and they went above and beyond whenever possible to help us. Only drawback its little too far from Kotor old town. It takes about an hour with an average taxi price of 80 euros. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it."

"Lovely and helpful staff, easy to communicate with via message on WhatsApp. Complimentary buggy to and from beach was great. Lovely views over sveti stefan. Spacious apartment and comfy bed. Underground parking was good. A few things that could have been improved - shower grouting was mouldy and leaked to bathroom door which had caused the wooden door frame to swell and make the door hard to close. Rusted shower rack. Some sockets hanging out of the walls. Very basic supplies in the apartment made it hard to cook and enjoy the self-catering properly. Ate out most days. Empty salt & pepper shakers, some sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and some toiletries supplied. Amenities could be improved. Overall loved the area we stayed in but wouldn’t necessarily return to the accommodation. Staff were really nice but apartment could do with a bit of improving."

"A charming old hotel surrounded by beautiful trees. There are not many parking spots available, and the air conditioning is slow, but it keeps the room fresh throughout the day. The beach is a five-minute walk down the stairs, and the hotel provides an umbrella. The staff is very kind and respectful, and there are excellent restaurants like Amadeus and Drago in the area. I recommend visiting St. Sava Church by car; it offers a great 360-degree view from the top of the mountain."
