"Air was out on the first floor. The place was nice. Breakfast was ok, it was mostly the inconsiderate guests that overserved themselves leaving little for everyone else."

"Extremely disappointed and upset at our stay this past weekend. In my first room the light from the bathroom was not working and it actually had water liking from the room above into the light fixture. I was able to get another room however we had no hot water the entire time we were there. We were offered a discount which I have yet to receive yet my siblings have received theirs and we all have the same bank. Some of the graveyard shift members were extremely rude. Aside from also having to pay $45 per day for parking. Will never stay here again."

"Hotel was solid. Great location with friendly staff. Issue is with the final bill. I have been attempting to get a copy of the final bill but the hotel, to date, has been unresponsive. In reading other reviews on various platforms, other travelers have had the same issue."

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin."

"Valet parking was a little over priced and extremely slow to get your vehicles when called everytime I waited over 25-30 mins "

"Air conditioning was a hit and miss , we’d turn it on and would shut off from time to time and even then it felt as thought it didn’t cool. Staff were sweet but elevator was old fashion , shaking when going up / down and pillows were small / lap size pillow and not comfortable. Bathroom towel too rough and tv did not have many Channels. "
