"I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked a stay but unfortunately wasn’t able to come because my daughter came down with the flu. I did the responsible thing by not showing up and potentially exposing staff and other guests to illness. Expedia even reached out to the hotel on my behalf to explain the situation, but despite that, the hotel refused to issue any kind of refund. On top of that, I kept getting the runaround—every time I called, I was told the manager wasn’t available. It felt like they were just avoiding the situation instead of trying to help or even have a conversation about it. It’s frustrating that there was no understanding or flexibility given the circumstances. I wasn’t canceling for no reason—I was trying to protect others. Based on this experience, it feels like customer care isn’t a priority here. If you ever find yourself sick or dealing with a family emergency, don’t expect any compassion or accommodation—you’ll still lose your money."

Throughout my stay, I was repeatedly without hot water, and several of my colleagues expressed that they were dealing with the same problem in their rooms as well. Although the staff assured us that maintenance would address the issue, it was never resolved. Having to take cold showers and then step out into winter weather made the stay extremely uncomfortable and ultimately unpleasant. Because this issue persisted despite multiple reports, I do not plan to book at this location in the future."
