In a residential area on the outskirts of Dresden, the Kyauhaus Radebeul stands. Built around 1648, it offers romantic details of three centuries. The guest apartment has a large bedroom and a cozy sleeping compartment for two people. The large living room is a comfortable kitchen with dishwasher and hob. For this, a fireplace for evenings with wine from the region. Part of the garden can be used to dream in the sun. Grocery store and bakery are just opposite. You have a choice: Turbulent city life with art and culture in Dresden - beautiful landscapes, castles Meissner in the old country. Both on the doorstep. For this, a forest for morning runs, a lawn for yoga, Moritzburg lakes for swimming trips. A community center with shops and restaurants is within IN15 minute walk, as suburban train and tram. Wunderschöne Tage in Radebeul

Die Lage, die schöne Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung (ein toller Mix aus Antiquitäten und modernen Möbeln), das herzliche Willkommen durch den Gastgeber, gute Matratzen und eine wunderschöne Umgebung haben uns einen wunderschönen Urlaub beschert. Es war sehr heiß, aber die dicken Wände des denkmalgeschützten Hauses haben für gute Temperaturen gesorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Nähe zum Wald war ideal für unseren Hund. Ein toller Urlaub!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem behutsam restaurierten historischen Gebäude. Die Wohnung war gut gepflegt und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was man braucht. Um die Ecke sind ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Die Straßenbahn 4 ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, in die Altstadt von Dresden fährt sie etwa 20 Minuten. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung dieses liebevoll restaurierten Winzerhauses zu zweit genießen dürfen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einem Küchenbereich, in dem wir nichts vermissten und einem Gartenbereich der nach unseren Ausflügen zum Verweilen einlud. Diese Wohnung ein Geheimtipp für einen Urlaub in Dresden und Umgebung. Daher keine weitere Werbung dafür, wir wollen ja wieder hinfahren. Nur soviel: aufwändig saniertes Denkmalschutzhaus mit einer tollen Wohnung und sehr nettem Gastgeber.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten das Glück, in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung zu übernachten und können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Von Anfang bis Ende war unser Aufenthalt hier einfach perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stilvoll, und es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche war mit allem, was man zum Kochen und Essen benötigt, ausgestattet. Die Betten waren äußerst bequem und luden zu erholsamen Nächten ein. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten in der Dresdener Innenstadt. Es gab auch viele Restaurants und einen Netto Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er stand jederzeit zur Verfügung, um Fragen zu beantworten und Empfehlungen abzugeben. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und der Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung einfach fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen.
