Entering the driveway, parking for 2 cars is directly in front of the garage, with 2 additional spaces along the side of the road across the street from the house. The main entry leads into a small foyer, which opens up into a spacious great room. Ideal for entertaining, the great room features a comfortable living room set with a romantic gas fireplace, French doors that lead out to the new covered deck overlooking the lake, picture windows that provide a fantastic view from the dining area, and an expansive country style kitchen that is well-equipped to prepare large meals in comfort. To the right of the living room is the master suite, offering a King Bed and private bathroom with his/her sinks, large Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. An additional bedroom with a Queen Bed is located in the rear, along with another full bathroom accessible just off the foyer.

In the lower level you will find a family room with a large TV and gas fireplace for entertaining. New updates include a 16 foot shuffleboard, multi-purpose table with a top that coverts into bumper pool or poker, dart board, foosball coffee table and an entire cabinet stocked with games and puzzles! Directly off the family room is the lower level deck and hot tub! An additional bedroom and full bathroom are located just off the family room.

Multiple levels of decks allow guests to spread out and enjoy a variety of activities, whether soaking in the hot tub, working on a tan, or enjoying a good book while watching the children play at the beach! A lakeside firepit will provide the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The dock is 100 feet long, and features multiple boat cleats and a set of boat whips for securing a boat. The water depth is gradual, ideal for wading and small children.

Located just a few miles from Penn Yan, Russell's Rendezvous is convenient to area shopping, restaurants, and most conveniences. Right off the main road is a small diner that serves fantastic breakfasts and lunches and a variety of pastries and desserts. Within a mile of Russell's Rendezvous you will find the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail, this 7 mile trail connects Keuka and Seneca Lakes. The Seneca Wine Trail runs right along Route 14, providing easy access to some of the region's best wineries!

About a tenth of a mile away, through the grassy field and tree edged area, Rail Road Tracks run behind this property. Kids have enjoyed hearing the sound of the engine that passed infrequently.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
