Location, cleanliness, cost, efficiency: all good and what we expect at any ibis
Wfi: too weak in our room and so I went to the lobby to work on my devices .
Staff: as I entered the lobby, I stopped to report this issue to the front desk. I was sharply told that the problem is not the wifi but my iPhone,’which was then taken by the attendant, who went flipping through my phone, the screen out of my view. Then he returned it. I showed a screen shot of the 1 bar of reception in my room, and the device was grabbed again. When I asked to see my screen as he flipped through it, he tossed it on the counter and retorted, lIm not a technician” and turned away. Wow. All I wanted to do was report the weak signal.
