"Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Take advantage of the Toskana spa, don’t leave it for check out day (it will not be complementary on that day). The room was lovely ( junior suite). Wifi was ok. Breakfast was very good, the buffet dinner was average, but ok for the price. The staff were all very nice and polite.

"We booked one of the suites. When we wanted to extend our stay we had to move rooms and got an upgrade. That was excellent. Not so good: the heated
pool
was cold, the water dispenser in the lobby was hardly ever refilled, minibar was never refilled, our room faced the elbe river- loud music until midnight, sometimes longer. Breakfast was good, but got boring after the first couple of days."
