A comfortable house for you alone - quiet location and great infrastructure

The detached holiday home is located in a quiet location on the Kaitzbach in the popular and well-kept district of Strehlen in the south of Dresden. The Christ Church is visible from afar. Around the lively Wasaplatz you will find a small district center within walking distance (3-5 minutes) with restaurants of international and national cuisine, small shops, bakeries (max. 1 minute! ) and service providers, e.g. B. Hairdresser, cosmetics, sauna and bike rental. Here is a central public transport stop, so that you can quickly get to the historic city center and all other parts of Dresden without a car (e.g. B. Trendy district Neustadt, Hellerau, Pillnitz, Weißer Hirsch). For wine connoisseurs and wine lovers, the vineyards from Dresden to Meißen offer beautiful opportunities for relaxation. With the S-Bahn you can easily reach Saxon Switzerland, popular with hikers and climbers, Radebeul with the Karl May Museum or the city of Meißen with the Schlossberg and the porcelain factory. Not only for children is recommended. B. the park railway in the Great Garden (depending on the season), the zoo with its beautiful facilities, the hygiene museum, the Arnholdbad or a steamboat ride as well as many cultural leisure activities all year round. If you are planning a day trip to Prague, Berlin or Leipzig, you are quickly on the motorway by car. Comfortable Home away from Home

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable home with everything you need, minutes walk from tram stops to get you anywhere. The owner was friendly and extremely responsive as we navigated our arrival ensuring we found the location and made it into the home. Lots of space with two outside patios. We were there in winter but even so - nice to sit outside in more temperate weather. Would be happy to return.

A beautiful and complete house in a nice neighbourhood in Dresden

This house has everything you need when you want to visit Dresden. It has its own parking spot right in front of the door. We took our bikes and drove through the grand Garden straight into the beautiful city. And when we came back to the very comfortable house, we sat for a while in the nice green garden, where all the birds were eating from the cherry tree. We loved it very much.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist bequem und gemütlich. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Bäcker und Konsum sind in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Ebenso gibt es in der Nähe ein paar Restaurants, die zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.Die Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten ist in ein paar Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Wir hatten zu viert, mit 2 Paaren, einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Dresden.

Es war sehr gut. Alles ist vor Ort hergerichtet. Sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in kürzester Zeit im Zentrum . Restaurants vor Ort sowie Bäcker.

Komfortables Haus in idealer Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Dresden. Wesentlich dazu beigetragen hat das gemütliche Ferienhaus, die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Lage war ideal, 2 Minuten Gehzeit zum Bäcker, 3 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus mit bester Lage in Dresden. Alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Ferienhaus selber ist wunderbar ausgestattet mit allem was man eben auf einer Urlaubsreise benötigt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr, sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in dem wunderbaren Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt; sehr ruhig, Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und eine gute Abindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter.

Für uns ein geräumiges Ferienhaus

Um nach Dresden zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen oder auch in Richtung sächsische Schweiz ist die Lage ideal. Die Tram ist in etwa 2 - 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und sie hat eine gute Taktung. Im Haus war soweit alles vorhanden. Wobei wir uns noch eine Mikrowelle gewünscht hätten. (Es sei denn, wir haben sie nicht gefunden.)

Sehr schön!!!!

Ich kann nur sagen, hervorragend!! Alles in sehr guter Qualität, sei es die Betten oder das Sofa, oder die Einrichtung. Ein sehr schönes Häusschen in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Bäcker direkt um der Ecke. Bahn/Bus direkt um der Ecke und in 15 min ist man am Theaterplatz. Besser geht es nicht, ich werde das Haus gerne empfehlen!!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Mit dem ÖPNV kommt man von hier aus schnell überall hin. Bei Fragen hat die Vermieterin schnell und hilfsbereit reagiert.
