"Great location in a calm and beautiful area. Loved the room for its cleaningness. Nice breakfast. Reception and restaurant service very kind and helpful. One need to walk outside some 200-300 meters to get to swimming pool. Restaurant opened till 9pm only and no bar to relax with some drinks in the evening. "

"Perfect place with perfect service. Just keep in mind that you have to drive 20 mins to nearest supermarket and restaurants close to the hut close quite early. But thanks to that - the place is calm and quiet over night."

"We had a wonderful stay at Herbert's house in Haimburg. Communication (in English) was excellent and he provided some great recommendations and booked tennis in the village for us. The housekeepers Arnold and Gitte are on hand if anything is needed. The ground floor of the house and outdoor space are fantastic, particularly the pool area and the modern and well-equipped kitchen. The upstairs is less modern, particularly the bathrooms and we really only used the ground floor and top floor showers. There is just one air-conditioning unit in the living area of the top floor and a couple of tower fans. We were blessed with incredible August weather (over 30 every day) very lucky but this did mean that the bedrooms, particularly the top floor, were very hot. We did a day-trip to Lake Bled and had a fantastic lunch followed by lake swimming in Klagunfurt - but mainly we made full use of the house in the sunshine. Thanks Herbert!"

"Excellent place to stay. Very eco friendly but with style and taste, 10 minutes pleasant walk to their own excellent restaurant, good parking, whole site off road so extremely quiet, very friendly and helpful staff."
