The villa was clean and well appointed. There was comfortable space for four adults though the lounge became somewhat cramped when the fifth adult arrived. There was a sense of safety and security at all times, which was welcome. Everything worked! Though rather removed from the beach there was easy access nonetheless. Other amenities were a short drive away. The corner deli, Scotchies for jerk delights and the petrol station. The highway and Ocho Rios proper were also easily accessible.

I loved the swim out and hot tub. We didn’t use it as much but when we did it was an amazing view!

Everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was super attentive; everyone was so welcoming! I've stayed at many resorts in JA, and I really do not like the food in the all-inclusive, but this one was top tier. My housekeeper, Natoya, was the sweetest since sliced bread. The hotel Manager, Mr. Higgins, is very courteous and welcoming! Overall, 10/10!

The resort was wonderful. The rooms were kept clean and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Did not have a bad experience and will def do again. There were also little concierge stands by the villas downstairs for anyone who wanted restaurant reservations. Many restaurants to choose from, our fav was the Jamaican restaurant. Jordain the waiter, was so kind and helpful to us. I highly recommend The Grand Palladium. We stayed on the Lady Hamilton Side.

Clean spacious room. Lovely view. Wonderful staff. Delicious food. Very large and beautiful outdoor pool. The biggest I’ve ever seen. There’s room for everyone in there. As wet as ample seating and tanning areas. Love the convenience shop in the main lobby building.
