The holiday rental is comfortably and modernly furnished. The swimming beach (Bodden) is only 60 m away; the water slopes very gently into the sea, making it ideal for children. The Baltic Sea beach is about 1 km away. The sunny upper terrace, approximately 20 m² in size (shared with the neighbouring apartment—no privacy screen), offers a magnificent view of the Bodden and invites you to linger and relax. The “Lütt Matten” holiday rental is a smoke-free apartment. A high chair is available for the little ones. There is a large private parking space directly at the property. Shopping, bakeries, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. There are excellent cycling and hiking opportunities to explore the island. Just 80 m away is a dock for boat trips to Hiddensee, and about 250 m away is the “Rügen-Piraten” water sports school, where you can also rent equipment for kayaking, SUP, sailing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. Horseback riding opportunities at the “Pferdezentrum Balance” (5 km away) and at the “Reiterhof-Schwarbe” (10 km away)—which offers rides around the Bodden lagoon and pony rides for the little ones—round out the offerings. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.
