Pleasant surprise in Brignoles

This was a last-minute booking as a family member was admitted to hospital in Brignoles. The staff were so warm and friendly, and the hotel had all the amenities we needed. Food was very good, there's a nice courtyard seating area, and the pool looked wonderful. Rooms are very small but that's ok if you are out and about anyway.

Bon hôtel

Séjour agréable, hôtel silencieux malgré le fait qu’il soit proche de l’autoroute. Au contraire, il est bien placer et pratique. Parking convenable et gratuit. Un peu plus de choix au petit dej aurait été parfait.

Entre le Var et les Alpes Maritimes

Le personnel de cet hôtel est, sans doute son point fort. Ils sont vraiment, tous, très professionnels, efficaces, prévenants, organises et aimables. La propreté ne laisse rien à désirer non plus. Tout est impeccable partout. Je tire mon chapeau au personnel. La piscine est petite et pas chauffée. La carte du restaurant est très médiocre, les choix sont limités et les prix de restauration sont dans une fourchette haute. C’est vraiment du dépannage. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas vraiment intéressant. Pour le prix, autant aller dans un supermarché de la ville et faire vos courses vous même. La chambre est *vraiment* minuscule et il n’y a pas de frigo (il faut connaître leur réseau d’hôtes pour savoir que chez Ibis il n’y en a jamais. J’étais très déçu de ça). La climatisation fonctionne correctement mais la ventilation est faible. L’eau des robinets est tiède ou chaude, jamais froide. Heureusement qu’à l’accueil ils vous dépannent avec des pichets d’eau fraîche jour et nuit sans soucis. Le prix global étant plutôt élevé même pour un hôtel d’escale, mon avis est très mitigé. Ce n’est pas un séjour que je ferais pour les installations et prestations, mais pour le service et la chaleur de l’accueil et des services assurés par le personnel qui est vraiment excellent. La localisation de l’hôtel, par contre, est stratégique : proche de plusieurs villes intéressantes et malgré la proximité avec l’autoroute on n’entend rien de chez rien dans la chambre.

Personale gentile, hotel ordinato e all’apparenza pulito. Peccato per l’odore di marcio o di piedi che regnava sovrano in tutta la struttura. Camere talmente piccole da non poter girare attorno al letto.

Attention arnaque

Alors jai trouve que cetait cher pour la prestation proposee. Nous avions choisi cet hotel il netait pas tres loin de l'endroit ou nous devions nous rendre pour le week-end. Et que cet hotel surtout propose des bornes de recharges pour vehicules electrique .faites attention car javais appele avant de venir on ma dit que cetait compris dans le prix de la chambre alors que pas du tout ! Cest en 4 a 8 euros de l'heure ! Ce qui est tres cher + le prix de la chambre ... du coup nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hotel ee l arnaque clairement.

L’hôtel est parfait pour l’accueil, le confort,les services.Pas bruyant ! Par contre, le gros bémol est qu’il est très mal indiqué, le gps n’y conduit pas et les panneaux sont très petits et pas éclairés, nous sommes arrivés à 22 heures et j’ai dû me faire guider au téléphone ! Par une personne charmante au demeurant !
