"Lovely peaceful oasis away from the bustle of Paceville. Lovely helpful staff. Felt like a home away from home. Great breakfast and lots of choice. Will definitely go back. Only niggle was that during breakfast, there were a few times between courses when we returned to the table to find everything cleared away."

Friends on the back side of the hotel seemed to have less noise(Double doors) so would recommend that if you need silence, but then no sea view?!"

"Lovely hotel with nice rooms, rooftop pool and bar, indoor pool, jacuzzi. We had a nice time. One thing we did have is the room gets incredibly hot even at night when it was 15C outside and if you have the air conditioning on it’s too cold after a while. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would recommend. We will be back next year!"

"This hotel does not live up to the Intercontinental name. The hotel needs major room renovations. The lobby area and restaurant areas are nice but the rooms are so outdated. The 1st room we checked in had a musty smell and the carpets were stained. Asked for a room change, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The 2nd room was a bit better but the same issue with the old carpet. We had club access which gave us separate breakfast area, tea time and pre-dinner food and drinks. The Seabeach pool on 19th floor is very nice but even with Club Access we were told that the amenities were not included and it was an extra charge. Overall not a bad stay. Location is perfect. The staff made sure we were taken care of, and they worked very hard with a smile 😊"

Staff very helpful especially Christina and Emilia in the executive lounge who couldn’t do enough to help. Even suggested great places for us to visit and helped with directions too. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Not disturbed by noise from nearby Paceville at all."
