Overall it was a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was good, and the staff friendly and helpful. I had a deluxe ocean view room, and the view was gorgeous, and the room large. By western standards the price was great for an ocean view. The location is separated by the beach by one road (make sure you watch videos on how to cross a street in Vietnam). The hotel bills itself as a five star but it’s at most a 4 star hotel. The rooftop bar was extremely underwhelming, with a small selection of beers and wine, and no bartenders. I visited a nearby 4 star hotel that had a great rooftop bar.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in Da Nang. It’s very central and it’s on an island, like a world of it’s own, so quiet and peaceful. It’s in an area of very upscale private homes, yet very walkable to the city centre or the beach. The service is superb from the moment you arrive, breakfast is really good and restaurant at night works so well for a quiet evening. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. Perfect little hideaway in the middle of the city. Only thing would be NOT to book an airport shuttle, at least double what it should be, airport is very easy to get cab or Grab, not busy and only about a 10 minute ride to hotel.

Bed was very comfortable. Pool was excellent. Buffet was great as well. Staff were exceptional! Easy 10 minute walk to Old Town. Nice gem of a hotel!
