"This is a 2 to 3 star hotel. It is in a good location from shopping and restaurants. However, it is extremely old and in desperate need of renovations."

EVEN Hotel Waco - University Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Across the river from downtown area, moderate distance to walk. River side walking path/green space park directly across the street. Hot tub and 2 pools on sites and out of sight of general public, large outside patio chess board/set, outdoor ping pong and bean bag toss. On site full bar and restaurant (breakfast only). Very clean, staff was friendly and very helpful/attentive, decor looks very new and the color scheme is tranquil. Yoga equipment for use in the rooms."

"This will be my “go-to” in Waco. I visit there frequently and it’s the perfect location and price for me. It’s set up beautifully for family and friends to gather and it has all the amenities you’d need. And a very friendly staff!"
"Hotel from the tv show Fixer Upper the Hotel, went to the Magnolia Silos, they gave us flip flops, cookies, and water as part of the turn down when we got back from the Silos. Good at the hotel was great."
"My wife and I came to Waco on a little 3-day getaway. This hotel was great. Rooms were nice and very clean. The pool was a little on the smaller side, but the pool area was well kept. Had a great little bar in the lobby that was fun to enjoy at the end of the day. The best thing was probably its location. It is right in downtown Waco. Walking distance to Magnolia, Terry Blacks BBQ, Dr Pepper Museum, etc. There is a Salvation Army next door that has people in need visiting it and the train runs through downtown every so often, including in the middle of the night. So there is noise and what not, but nothing you wouldn’t expect being in a downtown area of a large town. We loved being so close to all the entertainment downtown. It is more of a business travel/couples hotel, but I wouldn’t have any problem staying here with my kids."
"There’s walking distance to Magnolia Market and Silo abt one block ! And restaurants close by! There’s also free parking by street and private parking for $12 behind the hotel !
The staffs are friendly !
It’s like brand new hotel and very relaxing hotel ! We recommend this hotel ! "
