"Easy access by road in quiet area...we were late arriving and departed early.. Contactless check in.. email delivered regarding getting key and room number.. No issues... not a big car park but found a space.. The room was warm and comfortable.. everything needed for our overnight stay...we were very happy with the value for money Clean sheets.. very comfortable bed..hot shower..in fact it looked like the rooms have recently been up graded... Personally would be happy to return... "

"We enjoyed this hotel very much. We did not take advantage of their breakfast, but it looked very good. We also chose to park on the street, due to their limited parking lot. But the location was just right for us, and the hotel was new and clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. We enjoyed the Mannheim-themed decor and the free WiFi and TV. We would deginitely stay here again."

"One staff person was quite nice and helpful. The others ranged from aloof to rudely dismissive. Dining staff need to improve hygiene awareness. They tolerated hand picking through cheese, meat and breads by some of the guests. There usually were dogs in the dining room and some of the staff would go from petting back to food and dishes handing. A couple of the dogs weren't clean."
