"Room was ready despite earlier arrival. Breakfast buffet excellent - fresh fruit/ salmon/ omelette station as well as prepared eggs/ potatoes/ vegetables. Staff very responsive. Forgot hair straightener at home was able to purchase another at pharmacy downstairs…no need to leave building. Very convenient with variety restaurants nearby. Easy walk to Canada Place. Would definitely stay again. "

"Well appointed rooms with Nespresso machine, super comfortable beds/pillows and a great shower. All staff were very friendly, the restaurant has delicious food choices, Jazz Club on site and Nespresso machines in the lobby. The hotel was spotless inside and out. "

"The staff were very supportive and I had a very pleasant 5 day stay there. It was close to anything, from groceries to Starbucks and many restaurants and clothes shopping stores. Highly recommended!"

"Had an amazing stay here! Staff were so great, friendly, and helpful and the hotel itself did not disappointment. My only critique is I wish the soaps and shampoos in the room were a little more neutral-the Rose 31 floral fragrance isn’t an overall neutral smell! Everything else was amazing-we will definitely be back!"
