"When I called to request a child crib they took ages to find my booking switching my call from one person to another and still despite them having promised - the crib was not ready 3 hours later when we arrived. Looks like the request was never communicated to the property. The hotel management however was nice and tried their best to accommodate our request quickly. Nice hotel with terrible phone helpline."
