"The staff was helpful and friendly! We had an issue with the shower in one of the rooms but they were able to come in and fix it for us and provided additional towels when needed. The rooms and common areas were clean and the location was prime for first time NYC tourist spots!"

"I loved how modern and clean the hotel was and our room was perfect for my son (9) and I! We had a queen bed with a nice view from the 9th floor. It did get loud in the middle of the night with street sounds from below but we used his white noise machine and that helped a lot. My only issue was that the blinds are very sheer and the light comes right in so our room never really got dark. I used a head band and wrapped it over my eyes at night and it worked perfectly. Our room got cleaned..."

"The room was horrible !! The bed was so thin and the blinds were terrible all beat up with holes. The noise from the street was so loud. The bathroom was literally like showering on the street!!! I would never stay there and we left during the night!!! Horrible stay! Do not waste any money here! They cheated some few per day that I’m trying to dispute. !!! We didn’t charge anything we didn’t even stay for 24 hours"
