The property was clean and the staff courteous, but our room was definitely in need of refurbishment. The bathroom and bathtub were in need of serious repair. The bedroom showed signs of previous damage and inexpert repairs.

I stayed 4 days and couldn’t manage to get my room cleaned from housekeeping during my stay. Front desk staff did the very minimal in answering questions and addressing issues. Apathetic at best. Rooms could use a refresh as it was apparent flooding had occurred at some point in the past.

There was no breakfast offered except for a high fee Not as advertised and the pool was not opened which is a key feature. We arrived an hour early and they wanted an early check in fee. The stay was very disappointing.
