"The property is well located, but it is showing its age a bit. The room was clean and comfortable. We were on the second floor, and, since there is no elevator, we had to make.a few trips up the stairs. On the plus side, it was very quiet and had plenty of parking which was helpful."

"The buffet breakfast was really good . Had everything on it , pancakes , eggs , sausage , bacon , biscuits , gravy , cereal , home fries, hash browns . Something for everyone . The girl that seated us talked so fast that we had no clue what she even said she didn't have much of a personality. Our waitress Molly was very nice . Our first room was a first floor garden room . It was very nice . It was on the back side where the playground was. It was only in the 60's and the room was pretty cold so turned the heat on and it set off smoke detector. Called front desk and they sent a maintenance person in after we left for a show at Event Center . We returned 3hrs later and the smoke detector kept chirping. We called the front desk and because it would be awhile before maintenance could come and fix it , they put us in a different room . It also was on first floor and very nice . The patio was facing the parking lot but we didn't mind at all . They also gave us breakfast certificates. We thought that was nice of them to do that for the inconvenience. Over all I would stay again . This wasn't out first time staying here . There is also a walking path behind the inn that's really nice ."

"Great location in downtown Nashville. Room was comfortable, but lacking a closet. Food was ok when the restaurant was open, but we were surprised to find it closed for dinner 2 of the 3 nights we were there."

"The place was great, very clean, but code didn’t work upon arrival and had to contact them. However, the contact was prompt and problem was fixed and they were nice to talk to. The check out code didn’t work either. For the size of the place, I think it’s a little expensive. But everything is nice and they offer a lot."

"We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were very accommodating and the best hosts. We stayed two nights. I will say best 2 nights sleep I ever had away from home. The fire pit was perfect for relaxing after traveling. On Saturday we went tailgating at IU and to the football game. The drive to IU was a nice scenic 15 mins drive. If you are coming down to visit IU, Nashville or just want to get a way. This little place is perfect!"

"Location! Location! Location! This is the perfect place! Place was easy to find; parking right out back! It was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the hair dryer only produced warm air—and it took forever to dry my hair! I definitely would stay here again!"
