"The pictures uploaded to the site were inaccurate and dated. The property was functional but unpleasant. The front desk worker was apathetic and unenthusiastic. The picture of the lobby is also inaccurate. The lobby was dark and had little seating. The elevator was making a loud and somewhat frightening noise. Despite the hallway being clean, a few lights were flickering and it made the whole experience much more unpleasant. Our room was clean, and the maids were kind and helpful. Though the room felt extremely dated and not kept up with. The window's only had sheer curtains, which provided little privacy. There were few amenities, which was expected, but there was no kettle either. The door to our bathroom was damaged at the bottom, it had a small hole. There was only one soap provided which was in a public washroom soap dispenser installed inside the shower. That and a bar of soap were the only things provided. No separate shampoo or conditioner, just some unidentified soap in a dispenser. There were several cracks and visible wearing around the room, including each of the doors, walls and plumbing. It was just functional, but definitely old. The pictures of the property should be updated to ensure people know what they are paying for. The property needs better maintenance. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. For the price of the hotel, it was definitely not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this stay."

"Excellent location, VERY prompt and helpful staff, and a very compelling promotional rate. My only complaint is that I had to pay an extra $30 per night for parking (only offsite parking for fee or valet packing for a larger fee), but it was still an excellent rate for the cleanliness and location of this hotel. 100% would stay again with a promotional rate."
