"Wonderful hotel, one of the best I have travelled to. Great service, lovely style, fantastic bar, restaurant and breakfast and the incredible art collection puts it way over the top. Rooms contain original contemporary American art, and a whole display of numerous pieces in common areas of the hotel. Highly recommend. "

"Really lovely, fancy hotel. The staff were nice and agreeable but lacked follow through. We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered. I was told they would accommodate our request for quiet rooms, and we were placed by an ice machine, a door where staff were coming and going, and above the pool where they play music evenings and weekend. Also a lack of fast casual dining. I was there with teens, but the dining in the hotel was...

"Loved it. I remember hanging out and staying there when it was Inn at the Ballpark. Loved it. Bar area closes a little early for a weekend. 12 would have been better, so many people and they shut ya down. Worked for our family purpose for the weekend. The remodel is awesome. "

"We love Hotel Icon. It’s beautiful and the bed is super comfy. The only issue we had was every time to air came on it made a loud bang. I also thought $50 for valet (1 night) was kind of outrageous. "

"The stay was great. The only issue we had was Expedia states there is electric charging on site which at embassy suites there is NO charging. It was an inconvenience to us. Overall we are content with our stay. Very close to Toyota arena "
