"New hotel.. issues with WiFi.. had to call a help number and took 15 minutes to get WiFi.. unnecessary time that should not have had to do. They blamed it on being new.. that should have been worked out!"

"Overall it was a great and easy stay. The pool was packed and there weren’t many loungers available. The one we did manage to snag was broken. The little pool (or hot tub?) was broken and the water was green."
