"After getting to our room, we noticed that one of the two beds was covered in ants. There was an opened candy wrapper beneath the bed covered In ants and there were ants visibly on the bed/sheets. We were able to get a new room. But this kind of thing is really unacceptable, especially since we still paid full price."

"I couldn't get a checking text or email the day I was leaving. The contact number took me to a particularly useless AI bot. It showed up 1 hr before arrival, and there is no checkin personnel on site. The access road was closed, so I had to walk through a construction zone to get there. A guy was outside, because there was a rat in his room. My room was rat free, but there was hair on the towels, the plumbing was odd, and the bed was incredibly soft. It was cheap, the pictures looked nice, and had good reviews, but the experience was not great."
