"Did not visit restaurant for breakfast. Used older parking structure since is was closer and mostly empty. That place is a pit. Falling down, water pouring everywhere, puddles verging on ponds, potholes."

"We had a great stay at this Duluth condo and would absolutely come back! The location is unbeatable—right in Canal Park and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the lakewalk, which made everything so convenient for our family.The condo itself was spacious and perfect for traveling with kids. Having a separate living area and kitchen made it feel much more comfortable than a standard hotel room, and we loved having the extra space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids.We also loved how easy it was to get out and explore. We spent a day at Spirit Mountain and another walking over to the Great Lakes Aquarium, which was such a fun and easy outing with the kids.The building has a lot of character and charm, and being an older historic property, there is a bit more noise than you might find in a newer hotel. We were glad we brought sound machines, which made a big difference for sleeping.Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a roomy, centrally located place to stay in Duluth!"
