"I booked this place for 4 nights and got confirmation. I was told that i wiuld get checkin info on the day of arrival. I didnt get any ìnformation about chrckin on the day of my travel. I started my drive and tried calling them since morning. There was no response. I was on the road and got nervous and called VRBO customer service. They tried contacting the host and no response for them too.VRBO requested me to make new reservation and helped me with one. If not for vrbo customer service, i would have been left stranded with my family in midnight. Even after this the host hasn't returned the call. Very unresponsive and poor service by the host"
