"Great home for family gathering. We always do lake properties and definitely loved "no steps" to the dock! Its still a steep walk but so doable for the great grandparents. Plenty of First floor sleeping is also a plus. The 2nd floor falmily ready rooms were perfect for the parents and 3-7 yr ols to be in rooms together. The kitchen dining and back porch had more that ample space for littl ones and grown ups. The livingroom also had more seating space than many of the VRBOs we've been to. Beds were super comfy, and gotta say the upstairs gameroom was a life saver when the always busy energized young ones had more than 5 minutes inbetween eating, boating,fishing and playing porch games and had to be occupied. Overall, one of the best Alabama, lake front with a dock and slip for our pontoon boat, and room for the family. We were able to put grandmas and great grandmas homecooked meals in the commercial fridge. Ice machine worked its butt off too. Way too much to say about this place but if you are looking this type of gathering, book it now!"

"We absolutely loved this home. We knew we loved the neighborhood already, but this home fit our needs perfectly with a swimming pool as well as overflow parking for boats and cars. The house was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. The host was very responsive and so helpful. We definitely want to book here again next year. "

"Beautiful cabin like home with some fun decorations, every amenity was provided for, including multiple beach towels, every kitchen utensil you can imagine, sundries, amazing kitchen. Tv’s abound, the views are amazing. Quiet location on the lake. The boat area was very nice, would have loved to fish but was here for a death in the family and needed a fast place to stay. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating to my waffling about extending to stay near family and then rescinding to go home to Virginia to take my son to college. The whole thing was so unexpectedly pleasant during a horrible time. P.S. My mother ( who lives nearby in Crane Hill) was so impressed when she saw it she is going to have her out of town relatives book this when they come visit. She is very much a southern belle and picky so that is a huge endorsement. ( in my humble opinion) Cannot thank the hosts again for being so patient and helpful with me. Will be back soon! "

"Absolutely loved this place. Check was easier than checking into a hotel. Just showed up and punched in our code for the door and kaboom vacation initiation complete! Catherine was awesome at helping us look for a rentals and also letting us know how far away the local grocery stores were. We brought everything we needed with us but wouldn’t have prepared for that had we not known ahead of time. The dock was the place we spent most of our time fishing, swimming and relaxing. Neighbors were also really nice. Our family of six had plenty of space. Definitely would consider making a return trip to this place! "

"The property manager was very friendly. Checkin was easy The workers at the Lake store/Park Office were all friendly & knowledgeable of area. The employees at the swimming pool were attentive & very friendly & we enjoyed very much. There was a basketball, pickle ball/tennis court, putt-putt golf. Cabin was clean, pots, pans, utensils, towels all furnished. The mattresses were comfortable. There was a great view of the lake.Afishing peer just 50 feet away, and the boat launch area. Enjoyed the stay & the area. It was a little strange with the public restroom being 10 foot away, there was people using it at all hours. The beach area should have a bathroom area of its own to cut down on the traffick. It was uncomfortable thinking about it the first night but the area is nice & in a good place. The park employees and grass mowers were about the grounds daily and the park looked well kept and clean. We enjoyed watching the boats & seadoos launch and to load up. Nice quiet area & friendly people. Great staff that runs the office, does the booking, the store is well stocked with most things you would need including drinks and ice, snacks, fishing supplies, swimming floats, just anything. Would definitely stay here again. "
