"The room was dirty. The tub had hair in it, the bathroom smelled bad, there were crumbs on the chair in the room and leftover room key cards on the table. We only stayed one night, so we made do, but for the price, it was a huge disappointment."

"We ask for a telephone in room. We were told it would be sent up. We never received it. It took the maintenance crew 2 days to correct the closet door. We were told the didn't want to go in the room without us being there. We left the room giving them plenty of time to complete the task."

"I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. ..."
