Charming bay front house on private beach. Bright and clean two story house with an open floor plan and plenty of indoor/outdoor space to relax. Swim, fish, sail, kayak, and sunbath on your own sandy beach. Enjoy the 180 degree view of passing ships and dolphins from the fully enclosed sun room.

Located in the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge, this quiet community is away from the hustle and bustle of crowds and traffic. Enjoy the wildlife, star filled night sky, and wide open beach.

Only 2 1/2 hours from Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington DC, and 20 - 30 minutes to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, Cape Henlopen State Park, ocean beaches, historic Lewes, Outlet shopping, restaurants, and amusements.

Sleeps 6 (or more with owner approval and additional fee) people on three full beds and two futons.

One Pet allowed with additional cleaning fee. Additional pets may be allowed with owner approval and additional fee.

Wonderful Stay! Private location- Peaceful, wonderful view. Very relaxing. My daughter loved the beach right out front of home and found some awesome shells! Pups had a blast. Will definitely be back soon.

We really enjoyed the sunrises and water views with our coffee each morning. Easy access to beach, bicely furnished kitchen. The only complaint was the hardness of the mattresses.

great view from porch, enjoyed walking on the bay beach watching the birds in the morning. Went to Cape Henlopen for part of the day to walk by the ocean and then into Rehobeth. Nice to come back to the home and bay views in the afternoon.

What a lovely house with beautiful panoramic windows and views of the bay and beach! The house was well-maintained and well-equipped for guests, with plenty of space for this family of four dog. (We loved the doggie designated towels.) The hosts were responsive and accommodating; their TLC for the house is apparent and appreciated. If given the opportunity, we will definitely come back.

The views here are just amazing. The beach is quiet and almost all to ourselves. This is a wildlife sanctuary and the beach clearly belongs to the horseshoe crabs - not people. The house was immaculate, the kitchen well provisioned, and the basement stocked with beachy stuff (chairs, games, etc).

The house was perfect for us. Two old men getting together to reminisce. The room facing the ocean was perfect for sitting and enjoying the views while telling stories. Perfect beach house

The view from the house is simply perfect. Coffee and sunrises every morning, and the dolphins gave us a show on our last morning!! The downstairs bathroom is super convenient from the beach especially with children, and the shower down there made coming in extra easy as well. House was very well equipped for cooking for the family and the was a full spread of plastic plates, bowls, and cups for the kiddos. Highly recommended!! We already booked a repeat visit!!

What a view!

The sunroom is just perfect - loved the trolley seat for eating and enjoyed our morning coffee on the couch watching the sunrise over the water. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals and loved that you could still see the water from there. The main floor bathroom was a bit small and challenging for managing a toddler so we ended up using the basement to shower. Would come again!
