With four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of room for two families, or a group of friends. The house would also work well for a business trip, with plenty of areas where desks can be set up, and the dining table can be extended for conferences.
It's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday - the restful blues, greys and creams of the interior reflect the stunning landscape, and the outdoor space, with huge lawns, a nordic spa, a petanque pitch and a shady patio mean everyone can find their own space. Children can let of steam with a game of football, on the swings or in the playhouse.
Enjoy a cruise on the lake, a day on the beach, lakeside walks or a mountain adventure at this contemporary property near Annecy.

Perfect Summer Getaway in a Chalet
Had a great stay at the chalet in the height of summer. Very private location but still close to the lake, restaurants, bakeries, and the bike trail. The house was clean, beautiful, and featured interesting design details. Lots of garden space to run around in. Highly recommend!

A Magnificent Villa with a Large Garden and a Breathtaking View
The villa was as shown in the pictures, the garden with its surroundings is huge - plenty of space for children to run around. The villa is privately located, with a beautiful view of the lake. Maryline was very friendly, easy to reach, and responded very quickly to requests.

There is a knock-down stunning view from every single bedroom
You will look at the photos of this listing and say… there is no way it is this beautiful. Well, it is. There is a knock-down stunning view from every single bedroom. Waking up to the view of the mountains is really something special. Beyond that, this is a very comfortable house with a great kitchen and space to relax. The yard is giant and outdoor spaces are nice. The hot tub is a lot of fun— took a bit of learning but worked really well. OVO was really responsive as well.

Stunning views, well-equipped property.
Lovely property with amazing views. The finish is great and the house is well-equipped. The garden is lovely with lots of space.
The host was fantastic and really helpful. Very easy to contact and answered all queries very quickly.
Did not use the hot tub at the time of year we went, but we had a look and it was not the cleanest. There were no instructions we could see. It may have been because it was October.
Slightly odd location past old disused industrial buildings and building rubble with an old horse van on the gravel road outside.
Pretty reliant on a car to get anywhere, nothing easily walkable.
The noise from the main road immediately below the house was quite loud on the first floor, the trees seemed to shield the noise a bit more on the ground floor.

This was our second stay at Lomatika!
This was our second stay, and we enjoyed returning to this lovely house with stunning views across the lake and mountains. The house is well-equipped and comfortable, quiet, yet not far from the lake, shops, and restaurants.

Dream family holiday
Chalet Lomatika lived up to all our expectations and the stunning photographs in the advert were a perfect representation of the property and its surroundings. The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday. Would definitely want to return.

Emplacement Idéal avec Vue Exceptionnelle sur le Lac

Séjour Parfait avec un Décor Magnifique et des Stations de Ski à Proximité
J'ai séjourné une semaine en février, tout était parfait : le logement ainsi que le décor paysager. Les stations de ski les plus belles de France à moins d'une heure en voiture : La Clusaz, Courchevel, Val Thorens, etc. Encore merci à vous.

A spot in front of the lake to enjoy silence and calm
Stay was perfect in this beautiful villa located at 20 min from Annecy city center by car. If you are looking for a spot in front of the lake for your family or friends and want to enjoy silence and calm, this is definitely a great choice. Highly recommend

Endless hours of fun for the kids
Gorgeous villa in beautiful surroundings with an amazing view from the bedrooms. The trampoline and large grounds and garden also provided endless hours of fun for the kids. It was a very comfortable and nicely decorated house in peaceful surroundings. During our stay we enjoyed hiking, biking, the lake, getting fresh air, but the children especially enjoyed the trampoline.
